Return Criteria

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items:

Unopened/Unused: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and unused.

Opened: Items that have been removed from their original packaging but are not used or damaged may be cosidered for return.

Used: Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Request an RMA: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (555) 555-5555 to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

Shipping: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return address and further instructions will be provided when you receive your RMA.

Exclusions and Conditions

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds
