How do I pay my bill?
MedSouth Express is the online store for Med-South, Inc. Purchases made on MedSouthExpress.com must be paid in full at checkout and cannot be processed through insurance. MedSouth Express does not offer bill payment services. How do I change or cancel my order?

Can I pay with an FSA/HSA card?
Yes, we accept FSA and HSA debit cards as a payment option for your purchase. Please use as you normally would.
What is the difference between a CPAP, APAP and BiPAP?
CPAP – Continuous Positive Airway Pressure – Single fixed pressure for a continuous pressure flow.
APAP – Auto-Titrating Positive Airway Pressure – This device is set within a range of pressure (usually 4-20 cm H2O) and monitors changes in breathing then automatically adjusts pressure to compensate for the pauses in breath.
BiPAP – Bi-Level Positive Airway Pressure – Two fixed pressures, one for inhalation, one for exhalation
Is a prescription required to purchase from this site?
A prescription is required to purchase all machines, full masks, and humidifiers. Each item that requires a prescription is clearly marked with the RX logo on our website. Please email your prescription to info@medsouthexpress.com or fax 205-221-8300
Does MedSouth Express accept insurance?
MedSouth Express is a retail website and does not accept health insurance plans for payment or reimbursement of items purchased on this
site.
How will I know if a mask works with my machine?
Any masks can be used with CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines, as they feature a standard 22mm connection.
What is the typical replacement schedule for CPAP machines and supplies?
CPAP Mask - 1 every 90 days
CPAP Mask Cushion - 1 every 30 days
CPAP Nasal Pillows - 2 pairs every 30 days
Tubing - 1 every 90 days
Headgear - 1 every 180 days
Non-disposable filters - 2 every 180 days
Disposable filters - 2 every 30 days
Mask Chin Strap – 1 every 180 days
Humidity Chamber – 1 every 180 days
CPAP – in most cases every 3-5 years, or as necessary
Do you ship internationally?
